Again I had a great customer experience from eye testing to new prescription glasses. Occhio had a range of bold frames to the sophisticated ones to choose from. But I got my favourite convertible set. Definitely a place for a one stop shop with a friendly bunch of Occhio people.
Left my prescription glasses in the hire car in NZ. Spotted the glasses in an hour sign from the tram. Even though I don’t have enough time for prescription sunglasses a solution was found to have prescription glasses with matching magnetic Polaroid shades ready in 20 minutes. Very happy with the service, friendly and knowledgable staff. Would definitely recommend this practice.
Brought my glasses in to see if my frame could fixed and not only were they super helpful, turned out it was such an easy fix they did it free of charge! Super lovely to deal with and such a nice atmosphere - testament to the people running and operating this place. Great customer service and will be back when need a new pair! Thankyou!
Andrew and the Occhio team are fantastic. I have been getting my glasses from them for over 10 years now with over a dozen pairs. Optometrists are excellent and very thorough with regular eye tests. The range of glasses is superb as is the after care for adjustments, cleaning, repairs. Always something new and to tempt! I recommend the Lindberg and the new titanium and horn range is stunning. IC Berlin also a great option for every day wear. Masunaga or Roger Henley for something more funky. I can’t recommend Occhio more highly. Darrin
Fantastic customer experience! I’ve been looking for the right frame for over a year. It wasn’t just the variety here that made it easy, it was the team and their experience. A frame was selected for me that I wouldn’t have assumed, and it turned out to be the one. They even squeezed me in for an eye check and 20 mins later, I walked out with updated lenses in my new frames… What service! Thank you to the team at Occhio, you really made the whole process enjoyable and fun!
My Mallee Bull prescription riding glasses, after much use, had started to come apart at the arms. So I dropped into Occhio thinking only to find out which glue would be appropriate to effect a repair. Much to my surprise and delight Andrew replaced the frame, no questions asked, under warranty. Had a great experience here. I got a pair of prescription glasses made and was having issues with one of the lenses. It was difficult to diagnose exactly what was causing it, but Andrew was patient and troubleshooted the issue several times until he was able to pinpoint the cause which required a new lens to be made. After that, the issue was resolved within 15 minutes! Highly recommend the team at Occhio, especially as they make the lenses on site, so they were able to cut me a new lens on the spot.

Amazing service. I was on holiday and had made the classic mistake of leaving my glasses at home. Everywhere else told me there would be a two week turnaround on getting new ones, but I walked into Occhio off the street and they had my prescription and new lenses sorted within an hour! And most of that time was me choosing frames from so many great options, they did their but in about 15 minutes. Highly recommend the whole team. Thanks again for bringing my holiday into focus!
