Loved this walk, unfortunately wasn't lucky enough to spot a full platypus, but did see the tail end of one. Beautiful walk at your own pace.
Oh this is a lovely little stroll. Gorgeous creek with a beautiful boardwalk through the rainforest. Well signposted with information about the regeneration of the area. Nice, easy stroll from the showgrounds to town.
Great idea and a nice viewing platform to see a platypus go at dawn or dusk. The local council needs to plant more trees along the path for shade. 200m of the path is along an open field with weeds - ruins the nature experience.
We went hoping to see a platypus... but they were hiding. It's an easy walk along well made paths, not all in shade. The coffee shop on the boardwalk as you come to the main street was delightful.
Really nice circuit along the creek and back around the golf course.
A short but rewarding walk
Nice place for a leisurely weekend walk.
Good walk. Clean area, well maintained and lots of birdlife. A great spot to find Azure Kingfishers!!
Enjoy coming out here, great local markets on Sundays. Friendly people and great shops.
