Oats Street railway station is a railway station on the Transperth network. It is located on the Armadale line, 8.2 kilometres from Perth station serving the suburbs of Carlisle and East Victoria Park.HistoryOats Street station opened in November 1954. As I am a full time train buff, I love coming to Oats Street train station. Never have I ever had any issue with the train staff or other, commuter’s/passenger’s-Enjoyable time each visit. So 5/5
Because of the TAFE been there and so many people using this very popular train station it lacks shade for summer and shaded seating plus a bonus would be a public toilets
Quite often the scene of some very public rows late and night and in weekends... during day is usually fine. No top up machine for smart rider so get bus driver to topup instead
Wanted to goto burswood but it was an express train and that annoyed me when i realised i took the wrong train =/
Serviced by both Armadale and Thornlie line trains.
Always crowded always busy.
Feels a bit squishy at the station.
I did not see any security guard at all.
