I recently stayed at Oaks Sunshine Coast Seaforth Resort and it was nothing short of fantastic. My room had an incredible view of the ocean, with a private balcony and a little sky deck that made the experience feel extra special. The location is unbeatable, and for the price, it’s an amazing deal considering the amenities and the beautiful setting.nnThe staff were incredibly helpful, especially given that I booked last minute. They went out of their way to accommodate me right away, which I truly appreciated. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, scenic getaway. I can't wait to return!
We recently stayed at this hotel, and while it had some positive aspects, it didn’t live up to its 4-star rating.nnThe good:nThe location was excellent! Just a 2-minute walk to the beach, with a fish and chips shop and a pizza place nearby, plus the bus stop was just as close. The view from our window was also lovely, offering a nice touch to the stay.nnThe not so good:nUnfortunately, the room fell short of expectations. It was closer to 3-star quality, not what we anticipated. From day one, we experienced major issues with the air conditioning. It would randomly turn off, particularly when using appliances like the iron, dryer, or washing machine – or even in the middle of the night at 2 a.m. and again at 4 a.m. The only way to restart it was through the power switch, which was frustrating and disrupted our rest.nnThe curtains were a big letdown – they were stained, as though someone had wiped pizza fingers on them or worse, it could have been blood!. In the bathroom, we noticed mold, and the extra blankets had a musty odor, as if they hadn’t been washed in a long time.nnWhile the location was a highlight, the room maintenance and cleanliness issues made the stay less enjoyable than expected.
We have just had 5 nights here. We had an issue with our room and the staff were very helpful, transferring us to another room. The apartment was large, spacious and the bed very comfortable. The staff were very friendly. Lorraine
Had a lovely, short stay. Would've loved to stay longer. Beautiful outdoor areas. Lots to look at while wondering around the grounds Good facilities. Unfortunately, the jets didn't work in our spa bath but it was still relaxing. The sound of the water features during the night were very calming. Beds were comfy Will be back again.
Want a great place to stay. I loved everything about it. From the rooms, to the service to the location. They perfectly nailed every aspect.nit was a last minute booking as i was scheduled to stay 2 nights in another property, but left it after just one night.nluckily, this hotel/reaort experience was so good that it made up for the other poor experience.nwell done Oaks, great venue.
