Room was nice, clean and spacey. The room artwork was particularly nice. Lifts stopped mid - operation three times in 2 days. Had one problem with billing but the manager resolved it quickly upon my contact.

After booking a “Penthouse” through a party planner and paying a ridiculous amount. we arrived on time to start preparing and setting up for our party to be told that the room wasn’t ready and we had to wait another hour. After finally getting into our apartment the furniture was old, stained and out dated. The walls and paint throughout were rough and quite scuffed. One toilet door didn’t even shut properly nor locked. The air con units had been switched off at the mains which I believe was a deterrent to using them. Once we managed to get them going, one a/c unit didn’t turn on at all and another made a horrible noise that was unbearable to sleep throigh. The staff were nice however the apartment was very disappointing.

I found this hotel to be in a good location with good amenities and kind staff. It feels a bit claustrophobic looking out of the window to see other skyscrapers but that's no fault of the hotel I suppose.

Had a function in the city and only stayed the one night. Very tidy unit. The bed was comfortable. Did the job nicely. Unfortunately we had to park the car elsewhere as we didn't know that you  had to book our car park.....thought it would be a given as we were guests there. Still cost the same, but disappointed.
