I have been attending this centre since the day they opened. I have used the physio, pathology, nurses and doctors. Every service has treated and given me the care needed. Pathologist are lovely, kind and caring as are the nurses. I attend regularly and reception address you by name and help as best they can. The waiting areas and rooms are always clean. Bulk billing available too. Definitely recommend this clinic.
So grateful for the staff at this clinic, they're so easy to communicate with. The nurses are great and always call to remind me of upcoming appointments, follow ups and relevant programs that can help me improve my health care needs. The continuation of care is exceptional. The reception staff are always helpful and go above and beyond. There are multiple doctors at this clinic that are so professional, kind and knowledgeable, who have helped me and my son, i will never stop coming here. The team here is exceptional! The doctors are friendly, professional, and genuinely care about your health. The admin and pathology staff are always welcoming, making each visit smooth and hassle free. It's a spacious and comfortable clinic, with great convenience - highly recommend!
Great clinic! O'Shea Medical Centre has been my family's clinic for 5 years now. The clinic is clean and well maintained. The staffs are friendly and helpful. And the doctors are very professional and knowledgeable. The booking system is very easy, but sometimes waiting time can be unpredictable even with bookings. I have recommended this place to a lot of family friends in the area. It is so great to see how this clinic has progressed and is now offering much wider services. Downside is, it is getting too busy and walk in is almost impossible compared to before.
If you’re looking for a family friendly clinic to go to this is the one!! You can depend on great service every time. Very grateful to all the staff from the reception to the health professionals, they always take good care of my family and I, ensuring we receive the best possible care throughout all our consultations. Truly couldn’t fault their service and dedication to their patients. Highly recommend to all :
