If you want a Drs appointment in 3 weeks they can help you. They will direct you to emergency for anything and everything else.nnEmergency departments are not here to service your patients because you fill your appointments weeks in advance.nnA surgery focused on filling out their appointments with all the oldies weeks in advance and won't leave anything for say a sick child that actually needs medical attention.nnImagine leaving 25% of appointments daily for more pressing issues? Crazy concept I know.nnAvoid this place.
I would not recommend this practice to anyone. I have to do my daughter’s immunisations and regular checkups. So I booked an appointment here. The doctor said they will do the injections first and later on they said they will do the check up next week. In other practices they did the checkups first and then give injections. As I have private health insurance and I have to pay it from my pocket. I paid $80 for first appointment. In the second appointment for checkup the doctor was changed and he didn’t even know what to do in regular checkups!! He just lift the lip of daughter as it written in the book. And that’s it! They charged me $80 again just for lifting the lip of my baby and even proper mouth check-up. I am really disappointed with their service and top of that I have to pay $80 extra!!!!!
I would not recomend this place at all the reception lady Barbara is the most rude individual I have ever come across I do not understand how she still has a position there the doctors are great but this lady is a complete oxygen thief with no regards to anyone's mental health it just makes the system look ridiculous God help anyone having to deal with it.
