Highly recommend O'Brien Auto Glass Meadowbrook.nFrom intital phone contact, service and repair, it's a from me.nThe coolest aircon large waiting lounge with tea or coffee on tap.nLove when customer service is this great.nnI had what I believe was the tiniest stone chip, was going to get it filled repaired, however within a day a crack appeared and continued to grow daily, within a few days it grew over half of the windscreen, from what I now know may have been helped along by the heat weather causing it to continue growing cracking.
Good job replacing the windscreen on our motorhome. The wait while job was being done was faster than anticipated. Loved being able to view the guys completing the job through the window into the workshop.
Needed a replacement windscreen from a rock crack that grew fast over a small time. Had the most pleasant and easiest experience in booking my car in. I left the car with this for the day as I had work. When it then came to pick up, i was late. Traffic was bad and the gents and ladies at this store were amazingly understanding and waited for me till 20min past finish time. Kind and considerate on the phone and I would recommend anyone to go to this store for work to be completed. Thank you team at Meadowbrook for all you help and understanding.
Excellent customer service, excellent servicing by O'Brien's experts...a very clean facility, the customer service lounge was one of the best I have had the privilege to use! The history and photos of information through the years on the walls is exceptional..thank you O'Brien's of Meadowbrook Branch Qld. Highly recommend using them for all your windscreen issues
My car window was smashed in by attempted thieves. Being at work overnight I needed the window replaced. O’Brien was the first company that came up so I phoned them. I was given a quote, area that was closest to where I live and the time frame as to how long it would take to replace and fit the window so I booked my car in. Service was very good and the car was ready under the time frame I was given at time of quote.
