I went for the Winter Nýx Plan, which included a deep conditioning treatment, hot towel, relaxing massage, and a haircut with styling. Amanda did my haircut, and she was amazing! I absolutely love my new hairstyle, and even after washing it today, it still looks fantastic. Thanks a ton!
My daughter and I have been loyal clients of Amanda for years. She is not only an incredibly lovely person but also a highly skilled master stylist. Both my daughter and I have very challenging hair, and Amanda executes our requests flawlessly every single time. We couldn't be happier with her work. Highly recommended! I chose Nyx Hair because I wanted to support a local business and had seen so many positive reviews about their colour services. I booked in for the keratin therapy, which I've been having regularly for over 12 years, so I'm very familiar with what to expect.nnUnfortunately, I was really disappointed with the result. The treatment was very uneven, there are sections at the back and within the inner layers that appear to have been missed entirely, leaving some strands smooth while others remain frizzy and untreated.nWhat disappointed me most was the lack of followup. I made several attempts to contact the salon to resolve the issue but never received a satisfactory response, and I've now given up.nnAs a new mum, the two hours I had to myself were incredibly precious, and it's disappointing that the end result was essentially a waste of time and money. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I hope this feedback encourages better quality control and customer service in the future.
Been going to Nyx for several years and am always amazed by their quality of work. I highly recommend to people who want a trendy look. Wonderful ladies, they always make you feel comfortable. Love the coffee too, ten out of ten
i’ve been coming to this salon for about 6 years and always have the best experience. Shania is amazing with my highlights - so talented, friendly, and always gets the colour perfect. the whole team is lovely and the vibe is super welcoming. wouldn’t go anywhere else!
