I would say the best Malaysian cousin in Western suburbs. I tried almost every popular Malaysian cousin in Melbourne and found this the best. In terms of taste, it’s away ahead than any other restaurant. Price is also very affordable. Please feel free to try here and then you understand. A big salute to the chef of this restaurant. He’s quite unique. Well recommended.
This restaurant was located first insidesanctuary lakes mall...their food portion was reasonable all dishes was tasty...went to new location for dinner and food was average not the same like 5+ years ago...portions not reasonable considering price...only dishes were OK was the sweet sour and deep fried chicken...will come back...think the chef was having a bad night...
Malaysian restaurant with quick friendly service and generous portion. Plenty of dishes available ranging from individual dishes to main sharing dishes. Assam Laksa is decent, the sweet, tangy, spicy broth flavour were there but lacking oomph. The dry noodle is not bad, noodles were a tad bit overcooked losing its bounciness. Rojak however was disappointing as the sauce was too sweet, luckily the Chinese donut saves it with it's crispy texture.nFood - 6nService - 8nVibe - 6nPrice - $
Their Malaysian food is OK. Tried the haianese chicken rice, not very authentic chicken rice, but taste ok. The fried tofo is using Chinese silky tofo, not Japanese egg tofo. The seafood with fried noodles taste ok. Teh tarik taste ok, not very sweet. Overall portion consider huge. Price is on average. Restaurant is in new location, and quite big, there are few big tables. Staff are friendly. Plenty of parking nearby and it is within walking distance from train station.
The food was not bad. Ordered curry puff, Pepper Udon Noodle, Curried Fried Rice, Waffle, Ice Blended Lychee drink, all were good. But they charged 50 cents for each container to take away the left over food.
