I was absolutely blown away by the exceptional customer service I received from Dave at the nut and bolt factory. As someone who isn't familiar with fastener stores, I was initially overwhelmed when I walked in. However, Dave's assistance in helping me find the products I needed and his thoughtful suggestions for additional items truly put me at ease. His expertise and friendly demeanor made my shopping experience a breeze. I recommend this location to anyone in need of top-notch service.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I had a terrible experience at [Nut & Bolt Factory]. They have a $10 minimum spend policy and don't accept cash, which seems overly focused on profits. When I purchased 18 basic bolts, they were not correct. And to add insult to injury, the correct bolts were $10 more expensive than the originals, despite being virtually identical just with an Allan key head. Avoid this store at all costs! They clearly don't value their customers or prioritize their needs.
