Administrative staff are always very friendly and helpful. More general information about what services are offered needs to be made readily available at the clinic. Mental Health department is of the usual standard in my experience however outpatients care could possibly be extended to less serious cases.

We had our first appt with the infant feeding clinic this week. The nurse who saw us - Nicole - went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, answer all our questions and reassure us that we are doing a good job with our newborn. She was so patient, caring and genuine. She spent extra time with us and we both came away from the appt feeling so much better about the journey we are on. She also scheduled a follow up appt for us and checked in later the same day. I can’t speak highly enough of her and highly recommend the free! service. I found it better than any appts I have had with my private obstetrician.
The staff are friendly and helpful at appointments, it's a great centre, but what stops me putting a higher rating is the fact that it's hard to get information. The government does not keep things updated so it's hard to find out about vaccination clinics - where or when to find them. Also, trying to ring them but keep getting told opening hours are 8am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday, call back then, and then hung up on. Um, it's almost 9am Monday.
