The five stars were given three years ago but the same still applies today September 5 2022. All the employees are so helpful and patient, and believe me, they need to be patient with a customer like myself. Today, I had to return some shoes that just "were not right" Jacqueline-2, the manager, was extremely nice and personable, a terrific asset to the store. The return was made easily. As always, I am very happy with the store and will always do my shoe shopping there. Thank you very much Number One Shoes.
Really poor customer service, almost as if they don't welcome you and kids there, kept trying so hard to find shoes as both kids needed two pairs each, took ages for one staff finally realised to offer help, but she seemed really busy with work, so we helped ourselves the whole time, but at the checkout, another staff asked if I have membership without telling me they give 20% off full price items until I askedcome on! You see a family with small kids, all the other shops we've been to would let us know their offers and deals to help us save money, we had four pairs of shoes ready to be paid for! Just rude! We won't go there every again! The best way to respond to their ignorance is not letting them make money from you! The only reason I still give them a star is they do have a wide selection of shoes so it was not hard for kids to find the shoes they like!
Went to return some shoes that were damaged and the process was amazing. I was expecting a battle but no, shoes were replaced willingly.
The lady at the shop was lovely. She went the extra mile to check a pallet of new arrivals and found the boots I wanted in my size. Thank you

A great place to shop for shoes in the lower price bracket. Recent promotions meant we got a second pair for only $25. They are open on a Sunday too.

Getting stocked again. Sadly not what I required but great service by Ellie. She worked with me tirelessly and I was impressed with her knowledge.
