0 Stars. I called up first to enquire about something i explained my situation and the lady didnt even listen to what my situation was.. Transferred me to someone named Paul and he was the rudest person i've ever spoken too. Laughing at my enquiry down the phone. Very unprofessional.

This is a very bad environment in which to work. It is toxic and hostile. Staff experience very hostile intimidation and verbal abuse by Management, who are supported by HR. Norm Smith, in particular, was a key protagonist here. An abhorrent little man, he and his lackey, Warren Clarke (a 55y.o man with perfect orange dyed mop top) used to shout swear and harass staff with impunity. Warren Clarke asked me to complete a statutory declaration, and have it signed and verified by a Justice of the Peace, for 3 hours of FACS leave. He then directed me to not talk to the Union after he and fat norm smith had verbally and sworn at me. Clarke - you have burned yourself, karma always repays... FACT: I and other permanent Staff were told to go and find other jobs. FACT: I was personally shouted at and verbally abused (including being sworn at) and laughed at loudly and sarcastically. FACT: Staff progress due do their loyalty to their Manager, not on capability. FACT: There was an instance of Suicide. FACT: A CEO hired his Pals on lucrative long term engagements through labour hire agreements. FACT: I was told not to complain to HR (who are useless) and indirectly to the Union. FACT: HR and Management are conniving and seek to undermine Employees due to personal reasone
