Went to this branch yesterday to help pay my dad's membership bill in the afternoon. This is the second time I was treated badly by a lady working in that office. The lady tried to help me pay for it online because there was a long queue. She needed my dad's date of birth to process the payment. My father and I are NOT close. When I told her I didn't know. She became very rude and unprofessional, telling me to "come on" and "how could I not know". I told her that my dad and I are not close. She brushed me off, gave me dirty looks and said "I can't help you, sorry". She dismissively told me to go to the post office that was "just around the corner". I'm not a local, so I couldn't find this post office. Had to ask a stranger, who was kind and told me that there was one in Westfield. Last year, it was a racist lady who told me her life story, while processing my bill payments. She presumed my nationality and ethnicity background and began spewing about how people from that area are hopeless, including their country. I am Australian with a completely different background and told her so. She ignored me and continued on. The staff here that helped me in the past were wonderful people, but last year and this year I just had the two rudest staff members there serve me and tell me off about something I have no control of. This is why I am giving them a two star, because I'm sure other customers were given better service from other staff members for the past two years.

The staff at the reception are helpful, friendly and professional. Well done NRMA. Now I m even thinking switching my car insurance with them.

I am customer at Nrma Hurstivlle which is often very busy. If you don't like to wait, they have a phone service (they call you up when is your turn). Customer service really depends on who is on duty. I had a really wonderful experience with Vanessa: the lady really like her job and she is always willing to helping people. Kind, friendly and very professional. I can't say the same for mister Justin: rude, arrogant and not helpful. I think also his colleagues are not having a good impression of him (I had a chat with few of them).

I don't know what happened in here, the lady is so rude, arrogant, racist and impatient! This was one of my worst experience. ;( It's even too much for one star.

Lady at the welcome desk was so rude upon me walking in. I wasn't sure if this particular branch could help with my NRMA issue which was holding up my Service NSW business (mind you, Service NSW had just sent me from over the road To the NRMA branch). I was playing ping pong between the two places. I began to explain and she scolded and said "well if you don't know exactly what we can do to help, how am I supposed to know". I didn't even have a chance to properly explain. How rude!! I wish I got her name. I was just too shocked at the rudeness that I left.
