Dr Oh has been our family doctor since opening. He’s been Good Doctor for Me and my wife.
I visited on Saturday. Fantastic kind caring receptionists, very busy medical centre. I should give them credit for doing so well in a busy environment. I recommend this place if you're looking for a reliable place to come for your family's health issues.
All the doctors are very smart and kind. Dr Oh is my GP and he's a very kind and suitable doctor for young and old patients. The receptionists are very good at their jobs and are very nice. Waiting time is at most 10-15minutes. Highly recommended.
I've been calling the practice for 30 minutes to make a booking. Someone would pick up the phone and hang up straight away and then when I call again after it doesn't go through for 3-5 minutes as if the phone is taken off the hook. I heard multiple negative reviews about the receptionist and how unkind they are but now I experience this myself. Horrible service!
Seriously, do not go here. They make you wait an hour even if you have made a booking. Not even an apology. Not to mention rude attitudes from the receptionist. Other medical centres provide better care and services to their patients than here.
Dr Oh has been our GP for well over a decade now. Always on the spot with his diagnosis and care. We travel from Bella Vista to see his GP. Highly recommend this medical centre.
Dr Oh is my GP for more than 10 yrs now and he is excellent! He moved to other practices twice and I would follow him wherever he goes coz i don’t want anyone else
Completely disorganised and pathetic, unfriendly staff. Over an hour wait and it’s a morning appointment. Clear out your entire day if you’re going to get even a small check up at this place.
