Terrible experience..had truck in for replacement front window.they found rust around frame so next day was going to pick up to sort. Manager left nasty message on partners ph saying pic it up as we not a wrecking yard  96 terrano truck..he left truck in 90min zone with keys in ignition for anyone to take and did not tell her. I found Novus Glass extremely helpful. I was visiting Invercargill from Christchurch on the way down I got a smashed windscreen. They had me booked in and windscreen ordered and fitted in two days. Very friendly service I highly recommend Novus Glass.

Terrible phone service, wouldn't provide a quote over the phone and told me to ring the next day. The lady was also very rude. Yes it's Good Friday, but Smith & Smith provided me with a quote and so did a small local vehicle glass repairer and they did so with a great attitude and great service.  I'm currently writing a report for my Strategic Management paper on the vehicle glass repair industry and my experience will be heavily mentioned. You should train your staff to have better customer service on the phone regardless of what day it is, or if that's too hard, then don't have someone operating the phones on a public holiday.

Dealt with a pretty rude receptionist, asked if they could email me the quote for the windscreen so I could show the person that is paying for it.. She replied"Uhhhh....no" not happy with this response as it literally takes less than 5mins to send off an email with quote and pricing... will be going elsewhere with better service

I was driving towards Invercargill on my South Island trip about two weeks ago and unfortunately the Windscreen got hit by a flying stone. It quickly turned into a crack so I stopped by Novus to see if they can help to do something about it. Reception and technicians were all very friendly.  Although unfortunately they didn't have the exact model for replacement in stock, they took the time to try stop the crack from going further and assured me that even if the crack continues to grow further to the edge, I would not need to be concerned as it was only the top layer that was cracked.  The crack did go a bit further. But I was able to continue with my South Island trip driving normally for another week, and eventually returned home safely.

Meant to write a review awhile ago but didn't get around to it then forgot. Novus was incredibly helpful, prompt and went out of their way to make sure I received the best service possible. I dropped my car off early in the morning to get the windscreen replaced, they then offered to drop me at school, saving me a taxi fare or a rather long walk. When my car was fixed they went above and beyond what was required and dropped my car off to me at school, leaving the keys at the office. This saved a lot of hassle and time for me. Can't recommend their service enough, they make sure to really look after their customers and it goes a long way. 10/10
