Can't thank these guys enough for fixing our newly cracked windscreen on our way South - they had us back on the road within the hour - so AWESOME & their customer service was second to none!
Very unhappy with gateway glass saw them on Tuesday to get my windscreen measured up they said it's a full replacement as the crack was so big, so supposedly booked me in for that Friday come Friday I went to drop my car off and they forgot to book me in so moved me to the following Friday, when time to replace the windscreen they ordered the wrong one and ended up having my car for the whole day as had to drive to hams to get the correct windscreen, noticed when got home that they hadn't put rego tag or wof tag on my car along with the wiper sensors would not recommend

Had some house windows replaced and there was a problem that they came back and fixed.Cant recommend Shawn enough for his professional and rapid response in this matter.He even gave us a generous discount for the trouble caused.
I had a car windscreen done by them under insurance - no issues - dropped me home and collected me afterwards - great service. A while later when I needed some small bits of aluminium angle they found some for me in their scrap bin and just made a nominal charge for the time to cut it to size for me.
Awesome company to deal with...staff very welcoming and deal with the customers issues pretty much straight away!
