Large clean room... really friendly and helpful cleaning staff, and beautiful lady at reception..

The Novotel Twin Waters may have been a 4 star resort in its young years but in today's standards it's only a 3 star resort. The resort is very old and tired looking. Book in time is 2pm yet we had to wait until 4pm before we could go up to our rooms. In all a very disappointing stay.

Exceeded our expectations. Great place for families with children of all ages.

Awesome stay..great staffs and kids friendly..would recommend to family who love the pool, lake and beach in one hotel heaps of activities to chose from..
