From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and welcoming. When we walked into our room, our children were greeted with their own special gifts — a fruit box, pencils, colouring books, and a packet of choc chip cookies. They were absolutely thrilled! It was such a thoughtful and beautiful surprise that really made our stay feel extra special.nnThe room itself was lovely and clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep for all of us.nnThe buffet breakfast was also lovely, with a great variety and something for everyone. It was the perfect way to start the day.nnWe truly appreciated the attention to detail and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for families visiting Darling Harbour!
Not overly impressed with the rooms. They are pretty standard. Nothing special, not what I would call 5-star. Location is great, right next to the light rail station Convention Centre which is very convenient if you're there for a function or conference.nnOne thing that really stood out was the buffet breakfast. It was 5/5. Hands down one of the best buffet breakfasts I've ever had. Whole gluten free section, with amazing pastries! And everything is clearly labelled so lots of dietary options available.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. From leaving my luggage with Ms. Con to the fast and efficient check-in and check-out, the service was excellent. The restaurant and the small shop offered amazing food, and the staff there were also very friendly. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily come back again!
We recently enjoyed a 3 night stay at the Novotel Darling Harbour to celebrate my birthday.nFrom our arrival and checkin to departure, everything was seamless and staff friendly and helpful.nWe were upgraded to a Junior suite which was a lovely surprise!!nOn our first day we went out to visit friends and returned to find a yummy cheese platter and bottle of red wine waiting for us which we really appreciated!!nI was also thoroughly spoiled and on my birthday with a bottle of bubbles and lovely dessert!!nThe hotel has very relaxing vibe and plenty of space to sit and veg!!nThe bed provided a great night’s sleep and we enjoyed the choices at breakfast.nAll in all a very memorable stay!!nThanks to all!!
A great stay with great service, in an amazing location and a very clean hotel. The team were happy, friendly and guest focused. The Buffet Breakfast was excellent; the Gluten Free selection was clearly marked and had a separate toaster and cereals, plus lots of traditional big breakfast fare for the boys. There was even real espresso coffee available . . . . double shot cappuccino at breakfast, happy days for Mum : There is a filtered water refill station at the bar to refill your water bottle before a big day out exploring Sydney. We'll definitely be back.
