We had the best time at this hotel. Everything was just perfect. The breakfast buffet is better than what we had at many other places in Europe. The staff was excellent and super friendly. This hotel has gone the extra step to make it kids friendly. Some of the things that they have done are: - kids play area at reception - video games console in the play area - free breakfast for kids - kids special menu at their restaurant The best part was, they allowed us to check-in at 10:30 am. That won our hearts and made us their customers for the lifetime.
Had a very lovely stay. The facilities were great, clean and we really appreciated having our own mini-fridge to stock and use as we saw fit. The service was excellent and every staff member we interacted with was very friendly. We really enjoyed the spa pool and sauna, and had a couple of enjoyable evenings in the hotel bar too. In fact the hotel is a great base to stay at whilst exploring the city centre. Knocking off a star as the carpet in our room needs refreshing but otherwise we had a great stay and look forward to returning
Excellent location, so close to the Christmas Markets. Room 215 was lovely, clean, large enough space for 2 adults and 2 children. Breakfast was wonderful, something for everyone. Spent 3 nights, and I would definitely recommend, the children loved going into the swimming pool every morning after breakfast. Didn't eat in the restaurant in the evening. Would definitely stay again and recommend. The reception staff were lovely, especially with the children. The eldest 7 years old got a colouring book and pencils, the youngest 2 years old got a little cuddly toy. Rooms: Room 215 was spacious. We had 1 double bed, 2 single beds, and a cot. Loads of room. Tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge was also in the room. Nearby activities: We went for the Christmas Markets. Right on the doorstep. It is very easy to get to the Atomium on the metro. Safety: We felt safe and didn't see any trouble, but there was a lot of police presence all around the Christmas markets. Walkability: From the airport, we took the train to Central Station and walked the 20 minutes to the hotel. It was an easy walk, even with 3 hand luggage cases, 2 children, and 1 in a pushchair. Food & drinks: Breakfast was excellent, just look at the photos, something for everyone.
Generally nice hotel with a good location. The staff for the breakfast is quite professional, the choice is ok for a Novotel. Lots of road work outside the hotel are quite disturbing and dirty. The parking service is very poor, called the hotel before arrival and advice provided is very poor. The link provided in the hotel does not work and have to wait for 2h. Finally decided to pay full price to avoid the waste time. The staff at the reception could be more enthusiastic and helpful.
Fantastic room overlooking the cathedral. The staff were outstandingly helpful and the food excellent. The place is well situated for an easy walk to many of the sights and I would recommend the restaurant on the opposite corner for its Flemish stew.
Recommended! Great place to be for your stay at Brussels, close to public transport and city center of course ;- Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and reasonable room. Breakfast buffet offers more than you can eat. Some road works in front of the Hotel which was noisy, but nice arrangment with the Hotel manager - outstanding helpful and solution orientation person. We had a good time.
Very, very disappointing. The hammam was out of order and by the looks of it had been for quite some time. The advertised pool is tiny, just 90 centimeters deep, and yet the water is so murky you can't see the bottom. The pool towels smelt terrible. But worst of all, the room was extremely hot and impossible to cool, even with the window fully open. Mind you, this was January... Not to mention that the toilet had a nasty smell. Only positive was the very friendly staff. All in all unacceptable for the money.
I was guest in this hotel for 2 nights and I checked out 2 days ago Monday 17.04 I sent two messages emails to the hotel to release my caution 100 euro without any kind of answer or positive results. I’m a member of Accor and it’s the first time an issue like that happened to me . Nothing else negative to say for the accommodation in this hotel.
Location very good and accessible with public transportation. Surrounded by all services and restaurants. Rooms as very good, and it was a very positive surprise for my daughters to swim, although it is a very small in door pool, yet, the level of excitement was great. The hotel is very family friendly and I recommend it to families. I also like the way they manage their services online like housekeeping. Staff is helping although they were in shortage
