Wonderful experience. Very helpful staff. Great location. Clean and great bathroom products. Close to airport and eats. Mr goodguy was excellent. Great range of meals extensive wine list. I hope to come back thank you!
Reception and restaurant staff were super friendly amd helpful. Room was fantastic and my family and I had a lovely time staying at Novotel Devonport, including the breakfast. My only feedback is the housekeeping staff were sub-standard. For our 3 nights we only requested housekeeping once and when they serviced our room, they didn’t wash or replace mugs and glasses or toilet paper, or tea bags. They took 4 bath towels out of the room and only replaced two. They didn’t make hubby’s side of the bed because he left his pyjamas on the bed.
I had a great overnight stay at Novotel.nThe front desk staff were very friendly and greeted all guests politely on check in and check out.nThe rooms are good and what you would expect from Novotel.nBathrooms are a little small however very modern.nOverall I rate this location well and will most definitely stay again during my next visit to Devonport
We booked an ocean view room so we could watch family come in on the spirit, which was fantastic! The rooms are luxe, clean and comfortable. Location was great as we had two young children and were able to walk to shops close by for snacks etc. Parking was $25 for valet or $10 100m away. Unless you can find one on the street long enough, this was the only downfall.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Novotel Devonport. It was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and attentive.nThe room was impeccably clean and spacious with breathtaking ocean view. The breakfast spread had a good variety of fresh, delicious options and the in-house restaurant, Mr Goodguy served excellent asian fusion cuisines.nI would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, service, and hospitality travelling for leisure or business to Devonport Tasmania.
