We had a wonderful stay with our child. It was nice that the hotel offered ice cream while swimming and provided water in the lobby so we didn’t need to buy any. The location in South Bank was perfect — we could walk to major attractions and the bus stop was right in front, which made getting around very easy. Our room was connected directly to the pool, which was convenient, and although a cockroach entered the room, the staff handled the situation promptly and professionally. We truly appreciated their support.
Such a reliable hotel that is so close to the action, yet far enough away to avoid feeling crowded. Have stayed 4 times and is always a great choice. I’ve always loved the set up of the room and the decor. The rooms are always clean and a great size. The only thing that gets me every time is that the curtains don’t cover the entire window and the light coming through that small line on the edge in the morning always wakes us up. Still, a great place to stay and we’ll keep coming back.
I did not stay at Novotel this time however my nearby hotel’s breakfast wasn’t good so we headed down to Novotel breakfast buffet during our 5 day stay as we found nothing that could beat the level of service, smiles and care we received for my family.nSpecial mention to Meliame at the cafeteria with an amazing service, great coffee, and warm passion for her work and guests.nWill definitely come back, and highly recommend Novotel.
Such a great location, close to everything. Highly recommend for friends getaways & family vacations. I can only speak highly of the kitchen & restaurant staff. They are so friendly, with great attention to detail & communication, both dinner & breakfast were amazing and offering a nice variety. A huge special 5 goes for the brekky buffet, the variety & quality!
Overall stay was tops. Beds were ridiculously comfortable and staff exceedingly helpful, buffet breakfast was fantastic. There is one thing, more variety for the dinner menu. I’d still return though.
