Novo at Hurstville have worst customer service. Retail staff was rude and not keen to interact with customers. Please provide some extra training to your staff to build good rapport. I went there around 1600hrs on 14/4/23.
In hurstvill store I bought 2 new pair of sandals and I chose to wear one of them and walk but I forgot to pack my other shoes which i was wearing beforenike 1 week old and accidentally i left it in store. I rang them back but got cold reply saying they don’t have anything like that they didn’t even bother to check my item or comfort me. Whatever I bought I planned to return it and will never step this store again
Store manager of Hurstville store is so rude not willing to help to find the shoes in the store or in the other store. She looks so grumpy even to answer the question and her facial reaction is horrible.
The girls at this location are so patient and nice! So surprised to find negative reviews.
