The service was good, but the four-person rooms on floor 5 were deplorable. The bathroom door had marks of a foot high flood or something similar that had soaked the doorframe enough to swell the chipboard. The toilet had a minor leak that meant the floor around the toilet was always wet with clean water. The beds were very firm, although quite clean. Apart from that, the room was well equipped and comfortable.

This place is comfortable to live at and it is at the heart of city transportation overall regarding the living experience it is good. BUT I GAVE THE ONE STAR SOLELY BECAUSE THAT OLD ASIAN RECEPTION WOMAN WHO ARE SO RUDE TO PEOPLE. LEASE THIS PLACE THROUGH other PRIVATE AGENT/OWNER, don't rent it through the front desk cuz you will get terrible customer services!

Stayed in 506...Room was tired and the carpet and the blinds were dirty. Not cleaned daily. Bathroom old but clean..age and condition let it down...barely three star.

Great location and reasonable prices. The rooms were a bit old and in need of a renovation. Pretty quite during the night. The staff let us get in our room before the check-in time which was much appreciated after the long flight. I would recommend this hotel.
