Went in for a brace only to be told that you cant try on the brace.. every other chemist does this because how can you buy a piece of equipment designed to help the healing process unless you try it to determine if it will be effective or not first. Not happy, customer service on this matter was terrible too

Terrible customer service, trying to purchase a brand name item and repeatedly told I'm a silly not to buy Nova brand. 
She did not succeed much to her dismay and letting whole shop know.
