Norwood Swim School is great! The young female instructor in the video is especially lovely – so gentle and patient with the kids. My child feels happy and confident with her. Highly recommend!
I was surprised that parents with small children are not allowed to use the Parents' Room as it was apparently reserved for Staff/Swimming Instructors. My kid and I were patiently waiting for our turn when a lady swim instructor skipped the line explaining she needed to be somewhere at 3pm. After using it, she told me that another staff member was going to use it and the room was for staff use only. I had not been aware of this policy and it would be helpful if you label the room for Staff Use Only instead of Parents' Room.
Great place, I took my 1,5 old daughter there for swimming classes - our teacher Anne was great! The pool is good, staff are friendly and my daughter absolutely loved her class. Highly recommend
My only diss about norwood swim school is cashless. I believe as a society we should always have options especially when computers crash negative star for that. Both my children have come here and learnt how to swim with great confidence and pride. Teachers have always been professional with kind and warmness. I recommend with without any doubts. Small things matter. Keep cash alive
Few Teachers are giving preference to their known person kids much more than neccessary, they dont worry about how other kids are learning. I was being with Nathan and was worst experience.nHence, i moved my kid to other class rather being just sitting in the water only.nMany parents have similar feeling but there is not complain/ comments section.nnPolicy and supervisors need to pay more attention or discuss with parents about feedback.
