Few Teachers are giving preference to their known person kids much more than neccessary, they dont worry about how other kids are learning. I was being with Nathan and was worst experience.nHence, i moved my kid to other class rather being just sitting in the water only.nMany parents have similar feeling but there is not complain/ comments section.nnPolicy and supervisors need to pay more attention or discuss with parents about feedback.
Honestly, I would recommend taking your kids for swimming lessons somewhere else if possible. In my experience at this place, they only ever seem concerned with payment and don't actually know who any of the kids are, even after 6+ years of weekly lessons. They don't seem to progress the children to more advanced levels even when they are clearly ready. The level of personalized care and attention just doesn't seem very high in my opinion. I'd suggest looking at other swimming schools in the area that may offer a more supportive learning environment tailored to each child's abilities and needs.
My daughter has completed her first 5 sessions and it has been an absolute fun experience for her. It was easy to sign up. she has done so well thanks to stephanie.t she was so patient and lovely hearted to my daughter not only that but her style of teaching worked well and my daughter loved her . Thank you stephanie you are an awsome instructor sad to not have you anymore in the next group up.
Honesty, I wish I could rate this amazing swim school a 10 out of 5. Staff are friendly, other swimmers are nice and you can see a huge difference with improvement throughout the children. Spectacular place!
Great swim classes and helpful staff. General waiting areas etc could use a facelift soon.
