Not happy and it should be said, I have been coming to this newsagent for years, but there's a much older lady that works there that feels the need to be rude, I have always been tolerant but today was unacceptable I feel the need to go elsewhere and gladly I would like to if there were another in the area. Don't waste your time attending this newsagent if you can go elsewhere. People should learn manners and treat all paying customers in the same way, clearly this lady hasn't learnt that!!
The lady in this shop was extremely rude to me and my 88yo father. He asked that she check 8 x scratchie tickets to which she refused saying it was too simple and that he could do it himself. When i mentioned he was old and preferred they be checked by the machine she continued to say she would not do it! There were no other visible customers and if that is her attitude to customer service i assume business will reduce at a rapid rate. The gentleman who has served me on other occasions has always been pleasant and accommodating. I will NOT be back.
Manager at this agency extremely rude - i have been playing xlotto for years an no agency has ever had any issues with my children being next to me while doing my xlotto - Not at this Agency though .. i have read previous reviews on this manager and it seems as though she thinks she can be rude to anyone at anytime... she is obviously not happy with her role - her customer service skills have long expired -
