Unfortunately I didn't catch their names but yesterday I had the two most lovely staff helping me with my MRI it was around 3pm on 24/09. I was so terrified and they were so patient and calming and so reassuring. I really did not think I was going to be able to do it being so scared and claustrophobic but they were so accommodating and even let my partner sit in with me. I am so grateful.
Very well run, very professional & thorough, & they won't put you through anything test/x-ray/procedure that you don't need to do. They have toilets, water both cold & room temp, & an overall pleasant environment to attend.
Visited this place last Saturday to make inquiries on my referral for an xray & ultrasound. Was so surprise the beautiful lady on the reception said they might be able to do it that day. Of course I gladly say…Yes & thank you. Excellent service, already recommended it to my friends and colleagues.
Had the most lovely experience here at Radiology Center. Receptionist was so nice and made me feel very comfortable and at ease as it was my very first time coming here. The radiologist was very professional and so lovely her name was Kim, highly recommend to go there very friendly and helpful.
Lovely experience coming here for a scan on a Friday afternoon. Staff were all very kind and professional. From Emily at reception, to Sam and Deb, the technicians. I usually go to Rouse Hill Medical Imaging- this was not as busy and parking was a breeze. Got my images on CD in 5 minutes too. Overall great experience, would definitely recommend.
