If there was 0 stars I would put 0 stars. I ordered/purchased and paid in full 3-4 days before my girlfriends birthday before the delivery date. The flowers weren’t delivered on her birthday and they weren’t delivered at all, very poor service I strongly don’t recommend this florist. Why would you accept money and an order if you can’t fulfil the requirements of the order? I don’t understand? Also when notified the next day that the flowers weren’t delivered they didn’t offer any compensation or anything just a full refund and “sorry about that”. Very poor management….. never again.

10/10 RECCOMMEND! I was a bit nervous from reading other reviews but this has blown my expectations away! I want to say thank you to whoever made this arrangement because it's STUNNING!!

Purchased two corsages from here, both beautiful however one of them the flowers were wilting and looked dull and like it was made days prior. The taping was also messy on both and not the quality that was expected for the price.

I needed a last minute table arrangement for my wedding day. The girls gave  me great suggestions within my budget. My flowers arrive with plenty of time to spare and my goodness how beautiful the flower arrangement was just perfect for my table. The floral arrangement not only looked stunning it smelt gorgeous.

Yesterday a friend had purchased three individual orchid flowers as cake decorations. I wanted to do the same today however, I was spoken to very rudely by a male staff member. This member of staff abruptly told me that this was not possible and that I would be costing him money. Disappointing customer service.

The worse customer service ever! The 2 so called florists were so rude and had such an attitude! Didn't know how to even put a bouquet together and kept on picking the flowers that weren't the freshest out of the whole collection! Would not recommend them at all! They are also very expensive for what you get, I could of spent over $100 elsewhere and received a better bouquet with respectable service!

Unfortunately in business little things can go wrong but they can I have big impact on customer satisfaction. But the true test of a good business is when they do go wrong and how the business reacts. Norwest Florist made a an error with my order ,but how they corrected this was unexpected. They acknowledged the error and then dealt with promptly at their own expense, they even increased the size and value of the flowers and threw in an extra gift. No business is perfect but I take my hat off to Simone and Jason for their excellent response to which I was extremely happy with as you no doubt have just read.

The website photos and simply booking process made ordering flowers for a special occasion so easy. The flowers and the bottle of wine arrived and they were BEAUTIFUL!! Thank you and will definitely use you again for any flowers required in the area

The shopkeeper was late to open the shop and I waited outside for 30mins. Didn't apologize at all and the flowers were overpriced and dried.

Purchased flowers for a 50th Birthday gift valued at $80.00.  Was disappointed in the size of the bouquet for that price range.
