I am incredibly pleased with the exceptional treatment and care the doctors provided and the nursing team's outstanding support. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and compassion have truly made a positive impact on my overall well-being.nnYour facilities provide excellent accommodations and essential resources for patients to recover quickly during this distressing time.nnI am grateful to have had my surgery at your facilities.nnThank you, Northern Beaches Hospital & its team.
The emergency service it’s discussing.nI have been with my 10 months old son waiting for 2 h while the doctor is swinging in her chair and is on her iPhone.nShe does not care at all there are babies screaming in the room.beds are empty and all the kids 5 of them waiting in the waiting area for hour at least. We have been told doctor will see us but no attendance from her for at least 1.5 h.nThe nurses are lovely though but the woman doctor arogant and rude nothing what you will like for your kids.
I recently had my little boy as a public patient. I am extremely satisfied with the care provided during my stay. My labour progressed really quickly with an unexpected onset of complications. My lovely midwife, Renee knew where things were turning into and called the team to save me and my baby’s life. I will forever be grateful to Renee and other midwives, Dr. Alissa and Sophie and all the team including paediatricians, anaesthesiologists and each and everyone who were there to help me. You guys are godsend and superheroes. Also, from postnatal 2A ward all the nurses looked after me so well. Especially RN Isabel, thank you for being so understanding and looking after me. Your positive professional aura is so infectious.
Very poor service. Looks like try to save the budget and don’t care about people health who is taxpayers. Feeling like been the hospital taking advantages from us now.nnMy daughter 9 years old had badly wounded and fractured finger. Went in to ED before 4:30pm, got X-ray around 7pm. Moved to kids ED ward around 7:30pm. Waiting and wounded never got cleaned.nAround 8:30pm we asked for bed as we seen a few available and my daughter was sleeping lean on my husband, then ask for bed again at 10 pm which there are 2 beds not use. Not see DR yet and her wound not cleaned yet either. We force to make drama to get a bed for our daughter.nPhotos attached so that whoever responsible for this explains. The photos were taken the same time.nnAlso were told by nurse who in kids ED ward after 8pm that we should waited for at least 4 hours not to eat anything, don’t you think this information should be inform since we in ED?nJust after 10 pm finally Dr arrived. And was informed that no surgery till 7 am at the morning. Means waiting time is not related to food that my daughter had for dinner thennnPoor service, no empathy from staff, waiting time is unacceptable, staff knowledge is poor.nnI wonder whoever responsible and received taxpayer money as income set any goals what minutes/hours/day or Don’t care I get pay anyway to accomplish to call acceptable?nnWhat we were facing last night is unacceptablenWent in ED before 4:30pm with open wounded badly. Wounded clean after 10pm, seeing Dr after 10pm and lying on the chairs while where are beds available. 3 world countries can do better than this.nIf I could give ZERO star I would.nnPs I would suggest everyone who not happy with service complaints at https://www.hccc.nsw.gov.au/understanding-complaints/what-can-i-make-a-complaint-aboutnnSo we can deserve better.
I just wanted to share my incredible experience with Dr. Emily Coxon at the medical center on October 3rd. I arrived overwhelmed by anxiety and pain in my breast, fearing the worst—cancer. From the moment I walked into her office, Dr. Emily's warmth and empathy put me at ease.nShe took the time to listen to my concerns and conducted a thorough examination with the utmost care, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout. Her knowledge and ability to explain potential causes for my pain in a clear and compassionate manner truly calmed my racing thoughts. To help distract me from my panic attack, she engaged me in conversation about various topics, and by the time I left her office, I felt a profound sense of relief and comfort.nI also want to extend my gratitude to the radiology staff who performed my ultrasound and mammogram. Although I can’t recall their names, their kindness and professionalism made the experience much less daunting. I was amazed at how quickly they completed the scans, all within less than an hour.nThe cherry on top was receiving my results by 6 PM the same day. Dr. Emily called me personally to explain the findings, providing clarity and peace of mind that I greatly needed.nOverall, the efficiency and compassion shown by Dr. Emily and the entire team transformed what could have been a distressing experience into one of reassurance and support. Thank you, Dr. Emily, for your remarkable care, and to the radiology staff for their dedication. You all made a significant difference in my day. Thanks NBH.
