Would give this institute a negative 5 out of 5. I applied for a first aid course but through government funding as I have a disability but it doesn’t affect my ability to learn about first aid. I had to constantly chase them for 3 months with them non-stop giving me the runaround. THREE MONTHS of running me around. The worst service and so called teachers. Why would you want to learn with them if you can’t even get to the first bar through admin. The teacher/lecturer never ever got back to me…constantly.

After years away from study, successfully completing a Community Services Certificate IV was certainly made easier and far more enjoyable with the talent and experienced tutors and guest speakers my class were provided. In addition the First Aid Certificate course was extremely informative and the admin team were always very responsive to my queries.

I studied at Northern Beaches College , Narrabeen Campus last year completing Health Services Assistance Course. Nadia the course organiser could not have been more helpful on the open day. I was guided around the range of courses on offer and no question was too much trouble. The 6 months of the course were really enjoyable. The course tutors were fantastic. I could not have asked for a better study experience. The support and encouragement she gave us was outstanding . We learnt a range of practical tasks both in the college and on placement which have been invaluable. I cannot thank the College enough from the office staff , to the course directors and tutors . I will always be grateful that i found this college.

Just finished the introduction to DSLR, and Julie was an excellent teacher.  Plenty of hands on practical work, with enough theory to understand the basics.  Great to finally understand all the features of the modern DSLR.  Highly recommend this course
