It's a decent station for the most part, services are reasonably frequent and a tram stop is nearby.
Worst station i have been to for a long time. A junkie was on the platform screaming at people and threatening to jump on the tracks. Called police however after waiting 15 minutes for them i gave up and left. A man walking past from the area told me it is a frequent occurrence at this station. Old and run down with a serious need of an update and shelter. Avoid if possible.
No staff, but it is the cutest train stop in Melbourne. A park bench out front of platform 1, surrounded by lovely flowers and a view of all the cosy little terrace houses... Platform 2 side has grass, a little playground.. Very neighbourly and safe
Easy to access by foot or with peaks or wheelchair. Lovely old brick station, well lit, and a good location. Pretty regular train services to and from the central business district. Have never felt unsafe here at all.
Best little dive bar in Melbourne!!! Great place to see some small bands as well!
