A very nice multi sports set up on a synthetic surface, which seems to be dominated by soccer in the winter and cricket in the summer. There are four cricket nets located on one side of the main oval. The oval is bordered by the Northbridge golf course with a large net in place to stop errant golf balls.nnSome shade is available under the small stand and around the Scout hall area. Most areas less the synthetic oval surface itself are dog friendly.nnThere are some amazing harbour views, with part of the walking track being right along the waters edge.nnThere is a small off-street parking area, and street parking is available. However, things become difficult during school timings, peak sports times and also often on weekends in general.nnBasic BBQ and picnic facilities are available at the top above the oval with public toilets/ change rooms in close proximity.
Good park with good view and greenery around. Free parking spots
It's a large park covered in synthetic grass, and protected from the Gold Course by netting.nIt's a safe place for a walk in the Winter sunshine on a weekday afternoon.
Generally good ground for recreational activities. Circumvent local school's tea, lunch breaks and there's ample space.nFor the footballers/club, the nets get constantly rekt by ambitious climbers.
