Greeted by the gorgeous Emma at reception is a great start to the process of treatment. Susan Pendlebury is informative friendly and a amazing oncologist. But hands down the Radiation team are the absolute best . Like everyone is so friendly warm and approachable. These staff actually care and do the best to make you comfortable. Jake is a walking delight and has such a positive energy , Dee super smiley and friendly, Laura sweet and kind , Jesse softly spoken and professional they are all good people which makes such a difference in a environment that is quite confronting on your cancer journey. Pam my breast care nurse is also a godsend
This score is for the lack of staff and it’s appalling how long patients have to wait for appointments. 4-1/2 hours in total and these patients are already dealing with tremendous stress and then the 2 hours plus in travelling time daily PLEASE can more consideration be given to these people at a most stressful time in their life The staff get 5* as they are handling a very difficult situation with a smile on their face and it would be wonderful if there were more staff to assist all round
Amazing staff, reception, nurses etc. Absolutely amazed by what they have to do and they do it with a smile on their face. Thank you for looking after my wife. I truly appreciate everything you do. Dr Rai you are simply the best
