Beautiful building. Staff are unless and rude, manager is condescending and deliberately unhelpful. The kind of person who would walk by someone having a heart attack, smugly announcing "not my problem." Avoid

Worst customer services ever! I’ve been served by two female staff wear red uniform, they are both very rude and unhelpful !!

Good selection of stationery and all Australia Post services, including passport renewal. Service can be a little slow at times, which can add to the queue and wait time but the staff are pleasant

too poor customer experience. never take passport photo there, very slow ,ineffective, poor device and place for passport application.maybe you are attracted by its building but I still suggest  Please don't go this post office for anything

Terrible service! I came 16:57 and the doors are shut and the manager is already standing at the door stopping people to come in! I went to him and told him it was urgent but he shut the door at me!

I know there are other reviews that describe bad service, but I have always had really friendly interactions with the staff here, and I have never had a problem in the services I use at this post office.
