Catherine is a very caring doctor. She listens to your issues patiently and provide advice professionally. However I do think the booking system and waiting time can be improved for sure. It was disappointing to start with. As my booking was 12:40pm and I was told twice by the receptionist that the doctor is running late. first time she told me the doc would be ready by 13:10 and then second time she told me 13:30pm I arrived here at 13:15pm and now it’s 14:25 pm and I still haven’t got to see the doctor. Very frustrating especially when they let people who arrive later than you and have appointment slots later than you - go in to see the doctor earlier than you.
Doctor Zhang was very patient and appeared experienced and knowledgeable. The receptionist was very kind and accomodating. I’m very glad that I eventually found a good practice in around north Sydney.
Doctor Li is the most considerate and compassionate doctor I've ever met, not mention her extraordinary skills.
Was early and when it come my time to be seen the person who was before me tuned up 15 minutes late and was given priority over myself and my scheduled time. Really disappointed! Would recommend going elsewhere!
Came in for a quick appointment in the morning with no booking made and was seen so quickly! Doctor was very friendly and receptionist was kind and helpful. Asked for the fee and told it was bulk billed! Amazing practice
Dr. Catherine Li is an excellent GP. I am really lucky to have her as my GP and the best doctor i have never come across in Sydney. So caring about the person and always thinks about well being of their patients. I strongly recommend her as me and my husband are very happy with her services. She calls night times to know about the health condition when in need.
If you’re looking for the best GP in Sydney look no more, Dr. Catherine Li is honestly the best doctor I have ever meet. She goes above and beyond, she explains everything and give you all the time you need and follows up with you such a great doctor.
I chose this medical centre initially for convenience because I used to work in the North Shore. When I moved hours away I still made the commute, because I knew I was seeing the best of the best. Dr Catherine has always made me feel at ease on my visits, and I enjoy speaking with her. Not only does she answer my questions, but I usually don't really need to ask much since she has explained everything so thoroughly. Thank you for all your patience, support and hard work! You really go above and beyond expectations.
Strongly recommend Dr Li. She is the best doctor I have ever experienced in Sydney. She is caring and well experienced. There are many times that I received her message asking about my conditions during the night. Both I and my husband really like her. Lucky to be her patients. Her receptionist always texts to the patients if Dr Li runs behind the schedule. I normally wait until the receptionist send me the message telling me just one patient ahead of me. Then I make my way to the clinic.
Catherine was a brilliant GP when I lived in Sydney. Unfortunately moved to Melbourne but I wanted to leave this review. This clinic offers bulk billing and the care is extremely thorough and attentive. No patient will ever feel rushed here which is something I value. Sometimes you can be sat in the waiting room for some time but I think it's absolutely worth it for the right attention and care. Thank you Dr Li and the NSPMC team for your great service. Now to find a practice equally as good here.
