It was a wonderful experience! Not a long walk to enter the venue. Decent amount of food trucks and drinks available. A lot of covered seats available at different heights compared to the open seating.nWe found a sweet spot a few yards from the entrance towards the right where refreshments were available the most. Gets pretty jam-packed once the match starts specially when Sydney Sixers are playing since this is their home ground now AFAIK. They also gave autograph bats, marker and sunnies for free but its more of a first come first serve thing, so get there atleast 1 hours before the game begins.nAfter the match we waited to get autographs and it was a peaceful and exciting experience. To see the players up close is the best thing you could wish for to seal the day.
I watch cricket especially WBBL at North Sydney Oval. It’s a nice old fashioned oval and the tickets prices are low! There are limited food and drinks but there’s enough if you have coffee etc before you go.
Visited to watch the WBBL game between Sixers and Thunder. Loved the atmosphere and loved the ammenities. It’s like a small version of the SCG, more intimate so you can get closer to the action.
Great venue, easy walk from the Metro station. Old school bench seats, nice ground.
Not great as a rugby venue as the pitch is quite far from the seating and it's difficult to get a beer or food. Forget driving there but public transport is nearby
