Ever since a bunch of us complained that the busses don't wait at hibiscus coast station for a few extra seconds if they see a bus show up they made it their mission to drive away when they see more busses show up So example its 6:18 and the nex bus drives up to the crossing and waits for the green light 6:19 light goes green and all the 4-5 parked busses who are meant to leave at 6:20 leave This happens on a near daily basis This combined with the 991x not showing up every few days and even after making complaints about it and them not doing anything about it makes north star honestly deserve a 1 star
