The gym has lots of space. Good change rooms with showers. It is cleaned frequently and the layout is well thought through. There is an outside area for thoso interested in big lifts. Lots of classes are availble. It also comes at an afordable price. I would recomend this gym for those looking to stay healthy, loose weight or beef up a little. My only issu is some of the equipment outside has rusted, and are in need of nee flooring outside.

A wonderful gym with excellent equipment and friendly,helpful staffs as well.My wife and I have been here for half a year.I am stronger and  my wife  is fitter than before. Now that  she has  better shape, she feels more confident. We are extremely happy with that!  A lot of local friends join it and enjoy it so much. I highly recommend it to you!

Great gym. Never too busy. Good selection of equipment weights and classes. Free wifi and two levels to enjoy plus an outdoor area and a sauna and steam room. Only fly in the ointment is occassional smelly and lacklustre ablution facilities and if you really want to niggle the TV selections are wrong for many free to air channels...but this is minor!

Otherwise good value and very decent gym.

Great easy parking with 3 hrs free...

Probably the best gym I have been a member of! I have been doing P.T. sessions twice a week with Mathieu to gear up for my wedding and have had really great results. He is fantastic at pushing you to work your hardest while being motivational and friendly. He keeps me from slacking off and has been so great to work with. Even though our wedding date has passed I am still doing P.T. and sticking with it. I can't recommend him highly enough!

The gym is also really great with modern equipment and is very clean. All of the staff are friendly and helpful and the classes are great as well. They have everything from yoga to pump so you can pick what you feel like doing.
