I own a building company. these guys strung me along for 3 weeks promising a quote. Never received it and never heard from anyone. Rung multiple times to follow up on progress, each time the response was the same.. "waiting for a price dorm supplier etc". I understand if you don't want to do the work, just say so. But to string it along for three weeks, is just poor business ethics. Should be ashamed of themselves. If you own a building company like me, steer clear of this company.
