Impressed with the polite and compassionate customer service, products in the clinic to purchase but mostly, the practice of COVID safety and hygiene.
Have been a client of North Road Physio - Phil for a few years now. I had regular splitting migraines with various attempts to address by GP's using many medications and diets however I was referred to Phil who quickly identified the issue to be related to my neck joints. After several sessions of resetting and training, my migraines are now under control. The same can be said for a cronic back pain I was experienced which again was solved with treatment and home training. The team at North Road take and amazing approach to injuries and really listen to your concerns. Highly recommended.
Phil is great! I've struggled with lower back and hip issues for a while and he has made a huge difference with his technique. Goes above and beyond with his treatments, always making suggestions that help me with self management. Highly recommend Phil and his clinic. Friendly staff and always accomodating with my appointments .
Over the 2 weeks since I first visited Phil with my hamstring/knee problem I have, with the aid of the exercise regime that he recommended, alleviated my problem. I have eliminated all associated pain, and increased the bend in my knee. Overall I have more freedom in my movement, particularly in rising from a seated position. I can thoroughly recommend Phil and his friendly welcoming staff.
I went to Phil with my daughter who was post surgery and found him great - informative, helpful and professional. My daughter is very shy and she felt immediately comfortable with him. We were very happy with Phil and will be returning to North Road Physiotherapy. I highly recommend them.
The pain in my neck and shoulder was so excruciating it woke me up at night and was requiring constant painkillers. I saw Phil over several months and with his highly professional and expert techniques and the exercises he prescribed, I now have no pain and am stronger in my shoulder and arm than I have ever been. No more pain killers and, best of all, the knowledge and techniques to keep it that way. Cannot thank you enough Phil. I am so grateful!
For me, Phil Brasher is the Michelangelo of Physio! I have been going to and working for various physio's intermittently for around 30 years after a car accident, and I have never left a first appointment with the majority of pain and muscle spasm gone, and been told I should only need one more appointment and actually have faith in that. Thank you Phil - I've already recommended you to 3 others, and will continue to do so. Also thanks to Theresa, the delightful receptionist who had the courtesy to call me to say that after a major traffic disruption in the area, Phil was running 15 minutes late.
I have only seen Phil twice in regards to my shoulder, but already the relief I have is immense. Phil explains the treatment very well and has given me only a few exercises which can easily be done 3 times a day. Thanks Phil for your professionalism.

Phil is a guru on shoulders. After having surgery he informed me more about the process than all the surgical professionals. He got me moving straight away and set me up with exercises, giving me absolute confidence towards getting back to normal.
