I was in Townsville for a funeral and with 5 minutes until close I called them to let them know my daughter needed an emergency xray. They showed compassion and stayed open for 15 extra minutes to allow this to be done. Thank you so much
Trying to call this place is as easy as calling a Telstra help line. Takes about 20-30 minutes if you’re lucky for them to answer your phone call
Constantly have trouble getting a hold of anyone! Phone calls, call backs or emails. No contacts. How is someone meant to get their scans?
I don't know the name of the man who did my steroid injection but he was lovely with the magnum PI moustache! It didn't hurt and I had no bruising. His bedside manner is amazing and he put me at ease instantly! Very friendly and will definitely be back for my future injections with him!
Do not book with north queensland xray aitkenvale branch. Had an ultrasound appointment for 3 month old baby at 1230pm. We ended up waiting until 1:30pm no response from the reception. Baby was starving for 3 hours i asked for ETA no response. Whats the point booking an appointment. We will never visit North Queensland Xray again.
