Best Vet practice I have ever been to . So Impressed with the professionalism and efficiency. I have a Belgian Malinois so any vet will pause when dealing with them lol . These guys made us both feel very comfortable and they are to be applauded for their passion .
The staff were very pleasant right from the start of my call and when seeing the lovely vet who was very sweet to my old little dog. She listened to my concerns and was more than helpful. Was surprised at the cost for my consultation it was extremely reasonable. We have just moved to Cairns so I am delighted I have found a great service xx I would recommend this clinic highly
In the last 4 months I have had to say goodbye to 2 of my precious, geriatric pets. Tom & the nurses & admin staff were extremely accommodating when I just turned up without an appointment, a sobbing mess. They gave me as much time as I needed & never rushed the process. They treated me & my animals with dignity, compassion, empathy & professionalism.
The staff at the clinic went above and beyond to make sure my dog felt comfortable during her vaccinations. Their exceptional care and clear explanations made the whole experience stress-free. I highly recommend this clinic!
