I only receive a call that nobody answered anything and hang up so quick that i almost think it is a spam call and that is the call inform me to collect package? If i didn't suddenly trying to talk to the sender i will never know i have a package full with document is left in this post office
Older Asian lady behind counter has been pretty rude almost every time I’ve been in. Multiple reviews below seem to agree so not sure why a company feels it’s okay for someone to be rude to other people.

Post office not opening saturdays now. I dont know how i am meant to pick up my parcel, I work Monday to Friday 9 to 5.

Absolutely horrible service for a Passport appointment. The lady was in a rush and took a horrible photo of me. When I expressed a concern that the photo is no good she paid zero attention to it. Now I will look horrible on my passport for 10 years.
