The staff are all very friendly and helpful and it's a great place to get fit and stay fit! Not to mention the boxing classes will not only teach you how to move and throw a punch - but how to move and not get hit! They have a large option of class times so you can't miss out and their weights room is well stocked too.

Honestly could not speak more highly of this gym. Steve is extremely passionate about martial arts and absolute legend. He truly wants to help you improve on your boxing and fitness. I have benefited greatly from joining nmbf in all aspects of my life.

Good people to deal with

Great gym with great coaches. Have been boxing 3+ years and found this gym when I moved to Melbourne. Head coach has a wealth of experience with a lot of focus on footwork and technique. Great gym, couldn't recommend it more!

Clean facility. Knowledgable and professional staffs. I enjoy coming here for classes. Highley recommended.

Been coming here for about 18months now and absolutely love it! The community that Steve, Stefan and the rest of the gang have created is unreal! Physically and mentally in the best shape of my life. Cheers NMBF!
