I have been a loyal, happy patient at this Medical Centre for over three years. The doctors are exceptional and I have always received excellent support, assessment, diagnoses, and treatment. The wait times can be quite long sometimes, however the consultations are bulk billed and there is no need to make an appointment. From the Receptionists to the GPs, Pathology, X-ray, Treatment Nurses, etc ... myself and my family are very happy with this Medical Centre and we are grateful to everyone who works there.

Absolutely the biggest waste of my time. They rarely have more than 2 doctors on at a time, and with the backlog of people waiting they could have 10 and still not. E able to catch up. Wait times are usually over 3 hours, so take a book, and quite often they simply turn you away because the doctor won't be able to see you till after they close. It's terrible! When you get to see them, the doctors are nice though. That's the best thing I can say about this place.

Reception: Poor customer service, at the best of times. Not sure if they are purposely misleading or if it is pure ignorance, but they are never quite sure how many people are queuing ahead of you in the Russian Roulette of Doctors game they are playing at this clinic (because let’s be honest, you never know what you’re going to get unless you ask). But it sure is your lucky day if you do have a receptionist at all, because most of their time is taken up by the tea parties they are attending in the office behind the counter. Cleanliness: So if you weren’t already sick with some type of virus/bacteria, there’s a strong chance you will be by the time you leave. You have a lovely selection of filth stained chairs, rips in the material and a carpet so worn and dirty, that is almost black. Waiting time: Honestly, if you ask me, those rips in the material of the chairs are from people who have waited so long, they were starved and started eating the foam out of the chairs. Doctors: Now this is the real Russian Roulette of Doctors, best in town if you ask me. You will have one look at an X-ray of your knee (not even read the radiologists report) and tell you it’s nothing, it will be fine in a week. And another tell you to get an MRI which reveals a complete ACL tear and fractured cartlidge, requiring surgery (and that’s not a joke, that’s first hand experience). So why the 5 star review you ask... Dr Benny Tang - best doctor in the whole practice and possibly even Adelaide..or Australia..maybe even the world. Honest, down to earth, genuine and thorough.

I find them very helpful, it is a walk in type service, you dont book ahead and they also bulk bill so it costs me zero dollars to see anyone, the staff do their jobs as they should which is all you can ask of anyone, i have never had trouble seeing any doctor when needed. I have observed that they do get a lot of strange people go in there which may account for all these negative comments haha. Its a service that works and i am glad they are available at all.

Have been using this doctor's surgery for a yr now. I always see the same doctor (Dr Watson) he absolutely fantastic, goes above and beyond to help in any way possible. Sometimes there is a long wait. The key to beating this is to call before going in and asking for the wait time or arriving 30mins before opening. Andrew in the pharmacy is also extremely helpful and has alot of knowledge.
