Philip did an excellent job. I felt he really understood what the issue was. He communicated a workable plan to get me back to peak condition with very clear step-by-step instructions.
I went to North City Physio for an ankle injury. It was my first time getting Physiotherapy so I was a little nervous about how it would go. But the team at North City Physio instantly made me feel comfortable and explained the exercises and treatment plan so well. Would highly recommend North City Physio to anyone looking for excellent patient care and support!

Been seeing this team for a couple of years for my son's with their injuries through rugby league and college rugby, always been helpful with not only my son's but also others in the team, always a txt and phone call away, helpful with great advice. Highly recommended to all, Great service, conversations, and recommendations for recovery. You won't be disappointed by their work ethics.
Atif and his team are dedicated to providing the best rehab service in North Wellington. All the physiotherapists are superb professionals and will provide a thorough care plan detailing how you will achieve your goals. Would highly recommend for even the most minor ache or niggle, they will get it sorted before it becomes a bigger issue.
I had the misfortune of getting a foot injury 6 weeks out from my first ever ultra marathon 50km. Just walking was painful. I went for an appointment with Rowan who was amazing. She seemed optimistic that I would still be able to run I didn't believe her. I followed all the instructions through the various appointments and within 3 weeks I was back running with a lot less pain. I then managed to complete the ultra marathon with no foot pain and managed to do it faster than my goal pre injury. I can't comment on any of the other staff as I have only dealt with Rowan , however if they are half as good as her I would recommend them all.
Where to start... I have had migraines weekly for around 10-15 years, through which I have tried pretty much every remedy known. Finally I came to North City Physo and have been under the care of Abhishek Abhi D’ Costa. With Abhi's care and wisdom I have seen a significant drop in my migraines, as well as a lift in my general mood and well-being. The journey has been no overnight success, but I see noticeable differences and see the value in long term treatment. I have found Abhi's care so go I now take my oldest son to Abhi to help him recover from a back injury. I'd absolutely recommend Abhi to anyone, his techniques, advice and overall car are second to none.
I highly recommend NCP, I had been diagnosed having osteoporosis in my hip and was told my running days were over. This is where Atif stepped in, after a thorough examination he built a progressive rehab program. I was up and running after a couple of months. Atif provides an excellent service and a great experience.
Can't recommend north city physio enough! They are very knowledgeable and helped me through all my surgeries with full rehabilitation treatment in place afterwards. Right from the diagnosis and assessment to the treatment everything was fully explained so that I had an understanding of it. Fully recommend!
After so many "cookie cutter" rehabilitation excercises provided by other physio clinics, I was fed up. Although a 20 minute drive away from me, I am so glad that I went to see North City Physio. The physio that I saw really took the time to come up with a tailor made rehab program for me that suited my lifestyle. Thanks team!
