North Bourke Bridge; about 6kms North of Bourke lol. A lovely coffee shop round the corner with quite a good cup plus food for take out this is written in Covid time. Ask for the beautiful Bronwyn. On the way, don’t miss the Billabong of Polygonum Swamp view, it’s just lovely. Unfortunately you can’t stop the car to take a pic, since you’re on the Mitchell Highway going over a bridge. But you can pull over to take a pic of the sign.

Great historic bridge. A must see whilst in Bourke.

Good anytime bit amazing now with no water in the Darling

Lovely old bridge just a shame you can't walk over it anymore. Darling River not very healthy.

One of my wife & I favourite road houses, Love the potatoe bake they serve with meals

Great except that you could not cross it! River plenty of Queensland rain in it!

Nice old bridge with near new amenities near by.

Same bridge as the one from Wilcannia which is still used to this day.

Don't miss it as you cross the Darling River.
