Situated in picturesque Gover Street in the heart of North Adelaide, enjoy premier Adelaide Accommodation in one of Adelaide’s most prestigious suburbs.

Built in 2014, North Adelaide Boutique Stays Studio Apartments can accommodate up to 6 people and are located within walking distance of the dining and shopping precinct of O’Connell Street and only 2 km from the CBD.

This Luxury Adelaide Hotel is located within close proximity to Adelaide Oval, Adelaide Casino, Adelaide Convention Centre (the Riverbank Precinct) and Adelaide Aquatic Centre.

Our rooms feature FREE Wi-Fi, iPads, Nespresso pod coffee machines, 5 star pillow top queen beds, 40” LCD TV’s, Foxtel, mini bars, kitchenette facilities and FREE parking.

We stayed here over Easter with family that came from New Zealand.
Whenever we stay in Adelaide this is our go to place and that is why we didn't hesitate to stay here with our family.
As always we were made very welcome and the rooms were amazing. Our family were very impressed with the accommodation and the proximity within walking distance to some of the best pubs and restaurants in North Adelaide.
Huge thank you  to Angela and Anja for making us all feel so welcome.
You guys are the reason we come back so often.

Had a wonderful stay. Rooms were amazingly clean and quiet. Short stroll to all the restaurants. I will be back for sure. Staff amazing.

An unusual hotel experience... has a mix of longer term accommodation (with a more suburban feel) mixed with a boutique note.

Pros: location - a short stroll from O’Connell St with decent pubs/restaurants, but doesn’t feel like it’s in the city. As mentioned a lot - very clean.

Cons: reception closes early (around 6pm) and doesn’t open till late. Very limited parking in the hotel itself, so easy to be at mercy of finding on-street parking (need to park outside day hours). Some of the decor was a little suspect (or eclectic) - like it didn’t quite know what image it wanted to portray.

Beautiful room in a lovely area and friendly staff. Really enjoyed our stay here. Big rooms with everything you need. Laundry and wifi also available.

Immaculate modern room. Spotless. Great value for money in a handy location just away from the main road. Second time here and will be back again.
